Investigation underway after NYSP pursuit in Albany

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- New York State Police attempted to stop a car on Central Avenue in Albany on Saturday night for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Police say the car failed to stop and a pursuit was initiated.

During the pursuit, police say the driver hit two parked cars and then fled on foot in the area of Lark Street. The investigation is ongoing and no injuries were reported.
