Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal, facing charges in a money laundering case, has filed a plea for interim bail citing the need for treatment of malignancy detected during tests by private doctors. The court ordered the formation of a medical board to review Goyal's medical reports, as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) sought time to respond. Goyal's medical records indicate the presence of small tumours in his intestine, hiatus hernia, and Barrett's esophagus.
