Saratoga Springs hosting 36th annual Flurry Festival
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The annual Flurry Festival of Traditional Participatory Dancing and Music will be celebrating its 36th year this weekend in Saratoga. The event kicks off on February 16.
The festival will feature hundreds of performers, ranging from swing and tango dancing to concerts and storytelling. A wide array of workshops will also be offered across the weekend for beginners and veterans alike, including Irish dancing, gospel singalongs and instrument skills.
The event will be held from February 16 through February 18 at the Saratoga Springs City Center. Festival activities will run from 7 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. on Friday, 9 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
