Two people charged with selling heroin and fentanyl in Saratoga County

BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office reports that it arrested Thomas Darrah, 36, of South Glens Falls, and Abigail Murphy, 31, of Greenwich. The office says they were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Police stated that Darrah and Murphy are accused of having and selling heroin and fentanyl throughout Saratoga County. Darrah was also charged with first-degree criminal nuisance.

Darrah was arrested on January 21 and arraigned in Milton Town Court. Murphy was arrested on February 2 and arraigned in Moreau Town Court. Neither of them is being held by police, but further action is pending for both cases.
