A case of culpable homicide was registered against the owner of a paint factory in Alipur where 11 people died in a fire incident at Dayal Market. The injured were admitted to Safdarjung Hospital and LNJP hospital. Rescue operations were carried out by Delhi Fire Services and NDRF.
