Revanchists are raising their heads again. They are fiercely fighting with the past, banning the celebration of Victory Day and demolishing monuments, Chair of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus Natalya Kochanova said at the first meeting of the parliament speakers of the countries from the Group of Friends of Neutrality.
