Sweetpea, the tiniest Puppy Bowl competitor, passed away due to a deformed kidney. Jennifer Siegel of Bosley Place ensured she had a good life despite hydrocephalus and a congenital heart defect. Sweetpea's autopsy revealed malformed kidneys unable to process protein.
