Chief Minister Siddaramaiah announced plans to implement an e-registration system for certain records requiring mandatory registration, eliminating the need for parties to be present. Anytime-anywhere registration will be extended statewide. The Stamps & Registration department will pilot this in Tumakuru and Belagavi before expanding.
