Black NYPD officials talk about diversity and equity

NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Three Black NYPD officials joined PIX11 News to talk about diversity and equity in the department.

Tarik Shepphard the deputy commissioner of communications, Katz Daughtry the NYPD deputy commissioner of operations, and Tana Kinsella the first deputy commissioner joined on Friday to talk more.
