Saratoga Springs restaurant closes its doors

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- 30 Lake, located at 30 Lake Avenue inside the Perennial Apartments in Saratoga Springs, has permanently closed its doors. The owners made the announcement on the 30 Lake Facebook page on February 19.

"Saratoga community and loyal 30 Lake customers, due to circumstances beyond our control and with a heavy heart, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our doors," said owner Jodi Leuchten.

Formerly named Fish, 30 Lake was a fine dining restaurant opened by Leuchten and Ronald Farber. They also owned R&R Kitchen + Bar on Phila Street in Saratoga Springs before it closed.

Leuchten did not immediately return NEWS10's request for comment. When calling 30 Lake, a voicemail states that "due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be open until further notice."

"It truly has been an honor to serve you," said Leuchten. "Thank you for the support, loyalty and kindness over the years, we will cherish the friendships and all the memories we have made with you."
