My free anti-aging tips will keep you forever young – they’re an ancient Chinese secret, the magic number is 36
A MODERN-DAY medicine woman has shared her free and easy secrets for turning back the clock.
Her tried and true techniques are nothing new – they utilize ancient Chinese methods.
“Here are some tips for anti-aging,” said Kathy (@kathyhealthtips).
Kathy had the magic touch as she used her thumb to go in an upward motion from the top of her nose to her forehead as she counted to 36.
We might not know what’s in a name, but there certainly seemed to be something of significance in her symbolic number.
She tapped into traditional Chinese medicine methods to stay “forever young.”
And she wasn’t done utilizing the powerful number just yet.
“Then use your fingers tapping the top of your head 36 times,” she said.
Next, she turned around, tapping the back of her head another 36 times.
Each motion was meant to reverse the clock.
“Please do this whole set twice a day,” she said.
While Kathy didn’t explain why each movement is done 36 times, the number carries significance in Buddhism as well as the classic Chinese novel The Water Margin.
The use of 36 may also be related to Chinese numerology. Thirty-six is a multiple of 9, which is considered to be an auspicious number related to longevity and good luck.
All her fans seemed to know was that her magic was doing the timeless beauty trick.
“You look gorgeous,” said one follower.
“Love your tips,” said another viewer.
And her tricks didn’t end there as she shared her next secret – going to bed as early as possible.
