Other Regional Press - Transport for Wales are a key partner in the Wrexham Gateway Project, which will regenerate the area of the city centred around the Mold Road. Working alongside Wrexham Council, Wrexham University and the Welsh Government which pledged £25m towards the project in 2021 the aim of the scheme is to transform Wrexham General station into a local transport hub.
