The moment fashion fan is left raging at PLT after her cute online buy leaves her looking like a ‘circus clown’
SHOPPING online can be tricky – you never know if you’ve picked up the right size and clothes can often look different in real life compared to them being modelled.
And Abbie Kirkman knows that all too well, especially after ordering a cute buy from PLT.
Taking to social media, Abbie was raging at her new jeans that she bought from the fast-fashion retailer.
The fashion fan decided to keep up with what was in style and buy a pair of wide-leg jeans – but it wasn’t quite what she was expecting.
“Petition for brands to show accurate pictures,” she captioned the clip.
In the video, Abbie showed the jeans modelled on the website.
The bleach-washed jeans were high-waisted with a wide leg – something most of us wore in the 90s which has since come back into style.
She said: “PrettyLittleThing, what the f**k?
“So these were the jeans I ordered, see? I was thinking a bit of a flare you know.”
But in the next clip Abbie showed what she recieved and the difference was shgocking.
Rather than the well-fitting jeans PLT showed on the website she ended up with the biggest and baggiest jeans we have ever seen.
Standing in front of the camera modelling her new buy Abbie was clearly outraged as she flailed her arms around in disbelief.
“WHAT IS THIS?!” she asked.
“I look like one of them circus balloon pants people that’s about to throw some plates or something.”
The clip posted to her TikTok account @abbiekirkmann has since gone viral with over 1million views and 195k likes.
People quickly took to the comments section of the post and were left in hysterics by the fashion blunder.
One person wrote: “You might actually take off if it gets too windy with those.”
Another commented: “I was not prepared.”
“I’m dying with laughter. I can’t,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “Nothing could’ve prepared me.”
“Don’t go out on a windy day you’ll end up in France,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “I laughed a little too much at them.”
