'Apologise now' - Tories fume as Sadiq Khan defends ULEZ adverts that 'misled Londoners'

The Advertising Standards Authority found that three TfL adverts for the expansion of the scheme made claims about the benefits of the ULEZ that were 'likely to mislead'.
