FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Happy Tuesday!
We start the day off on a chilly note, once again, but temperatures rebound nicely, and we will be a bit warmer than we were yesterday. Expect highs to top out near 50 in Columbus, under mainly sunny skies. Winds remain fairly light throughout the day.
We'll still see some sunshine tomorrow, but clouds will gradually build throughout the day. Expect highs to warm into the middle 50s for Wednesday afternoon, with slightly breezier conditions. That's out ahead of our next system, which brings us rain overnight and into Thursday.
Expect scattered showers throughout the day Thursday, increasing in coverage during the afternoon. We will be looking at some decent rain totals from this Thursday system. Highs stick in the lower 50s Thursday as our cold front advances through.
That puts highs back into the upper 40s on Friday, with gradually clearing clouds and breezy conditions.
We continue to cool into the start of the weekend, with highs in the lower 40s on Saturday, before we start to rebound going into the end of the weekend.
