The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is conducting searches at the residence of former DIPP secretary Ramesh Abhishek in Delhi in connection with a corruption case. Abhishek, a retired 1982-batch IAS officer from the Bihar cadre who served until 2019, subsequently joined a private company. The agency is conducting searches at one of his premises.
