I’m bougie on a budget & Five Below gets the assignment – my jaw hit the floor at a cherry rug & the mirrors are giving
A SAVVY shopper has shown off she decorates her home while on a budget and a discount store has all the goods.
She was shocked by all the cute and affordable finds at her local Five Below, like a cherry rug and a vast selection of mirrors.
Home decor enthusiast Madison Rogenski (@peachyyymaddii) knows how to make things look lavish without the hefty price tag.
She introduced viewers to her “Bougie on a budget” series in an Instagram Reel where she scanned the aisles of Five Below for deals.
“You want a cute apartment but you’re broke!” she yelled at the start of the video.
Madison trekked into the discount store and said her “jaw hit the floor at all of the cherry stuff” that covered the aisles.
She showed a white throw pillow with cherry print, a matching Queen-sized bed sheet set, as well as a cherry soda-themed wall art.
Madison said that “Five Below really understood the assignment” with a 20in x 30in Cherry Soda Shaped Rug, $5.55.
There were also cactus-printed and Cactus-shaped Plush Throw Pillows, $5.55, that she said “would be cute in any space.”
She also found a crystal showerhead, a few water containers, “really cute mirrors,” and “really nice” scented candles during her haul.
The store also had Stanley Cup dupes on full display, cartoon-themed plushies, and an organization board that she had to buy for herself.
The products that were absolutely “giving” were the 10in x 16in Wavy Wall Mirrors, $5.55, each that they had on display.
Even though they’re listed on the website as $5.55, Madison said she snagged them for only $5 in-store.
Viewers also gushed over the fruity features at the store.
“I’m in love with the cherry trend,” one commented.
“Waitttt I need those cherry sheets so bad,” another wrote.
“I get so happy seeing all the cherry stuff. My tia has her whole house decorated as cherries. Always have. She has this vintage Barbie that has the cutest pinup cherry dress, and she is in the center of her kitchen,” a woman said.
