Sandwell Council announces 11th hour U-turn on plan to scrap lifeline Shopmobility scheme

Disabled users of the mobility scooter service had planned to descend on the council house in Oldbury to protest the axing of Shopmobility - but will now be celebrating a famous victory for people power instead.
