Primus, Coheed and Cambria to perform at SPAC
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Rock bands Primus and Coheed and Cambria will take the Saratoga Performing Arts Stage on Monday, August 12 at 7 p.m. Tickets for the event go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. online.
Primus is a rock band that formed in 1984 out of El Sobrante, California. The group has released seven albums, their most recent being "Primus & the Chocolate Factory with the Fungi Ensemble," which was nominated at the Grammy's for best surround sound album. They're known for their hits such as "Jerry Was a Race Car Driver," "My Name Is Mud," as well as the "South Park" theme song.
Coheed and Cambria is a progressive rock band from Nyack and was formed in 1995. They're known for their hits such as "Welcome Home," "The Suffering," and "Blood Red Summer."
