Union locals urge Ontario college president to retire over 'derogatory' comments about women, foreign students

Two union locals at Conestoga College are condemning "derogatory" comments by the Kitchener, Ont., school's president and are calling for him to consider retiring. John Tibbits has told CBC K-W he was sorry he used the word "whore." The college is conducting an internal review.
