Adam Pelech nets game-winner in OT as Isles clip Penguins

Adam Pelech scored his first goal of the season with a snap shot from the slot 57 seconds into overtime to give the visiting New York Islanders a 5-4 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday night.

Brock Nelson and Mathew Barzal each added a goal and an assist and Simon Holmstrom and Mike Reilly also scored for the Islanders, who snapped a three-game losing streak (0-1
