Security has been tightened in Ranchi ahead of the India vs England fourth Test match due to threats from designated terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, who is associated with the outlawed Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) outfit in Punjab. An FIR has been lodged against him.
