Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya reported a stampede-like situation in the opposition camp, with workers from the Samajwadi Party, Congress, and BSP joining the BJP. Maurya said this was due to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's welfare schemes. He also stated that the BJP would win all 80 Lok Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh in the upcoming general election.
