Police in west Delhi have arrested three individuals for allegedly changing the IMEIs of stolen mobile phones. The gang reportedly aided snatchers and thieves in the area. The accused, residents of Tilak Nagar, were found with 79 stolen phones and a laptop containing incriminating software. Despite the changed IMEIs, police have linked some phones to four cases but are facing difficulties in connecting others.
