Reginald Newkirk, 51, was charged with concealment of a human corpse – a day after the unidentified woman, believed to be in his 20s, was discovered unconscious and unresponsive in the hallway of the building on Rockaway Parkway near Rutland Road in East Flatbush, the NYPD said.
