For several hours Wednesday, residents of North Toledo’s historic Vistula District had the chance to stop inside a building adjacent to The Friendly Center on North Superior Street and provide thoughts about what they would like to see in the portion of the Glass City Riverwalk that Metroparks Toledo plans to start building in that part of the city next year.
