UEFA Champions League 2024-25
The 2024-25 UEFA Champions League will be the 70th season of UEFA’s elite club football event, and the 33rd since it was renamed from the European Champion Clubs’ Cup to the UEFA Champions League. This will be the first season of the UEFA Champions League under the new format, which was accepted in May 2022.
The final will take place on May 31, 2025, at Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany. The 2024-25 UEFA Champions League winners will automatically qualify for the 2025-26 UEFA Champions League league phase, as well as the right to compete against the 2024-25 UEFA Europa League winners in the 2025 UEFA Super Cup, 2025 FIFA Intercontinental Cup, and potentially the 2029 FIFA Club World Cup.
New Format
Champions League 2024-25 will be played under a brand-new competition format where the competition sees 36 clubs competing in a single league phase, offering more matchups and excitement. With qualification tweaks, including additional spots for deserving clubs, and a revamped knockout phase with playoff rounds, the tournament promises heightened competitiveness. Matchups will be determined partly by league phase rankings, ensuring every game counts. Tickets
The UEFA Champions League 2024/25 ticket sales phase is expected to begin in Summer 2024. The price ranges for UCL 24/25 is between €50 to €800 depending on the seat category and competition stages.
