The fourth edition of Khelo India winter games in Gulmarg commenced with the participation of around 800 athletes. Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and Minister Nisith Pramanik attended the delayed opening ceremony due to bad weather. Athletes will compete in various winter sports, including alpine skiing and snowboarding. The event also saw ice hockey and snow skating competitions.
