Council 'planning safety improvements' at busy 'danger' junction

A group of concerned parents recently relaunched a campaign to improve safety for pedestrians crossing Oldswinford Cross where the Hagley Road meets the top of Glasshouse Hill and Heath Lane in Stourbridge.
