Will he actually serve time in prison?

I know a lot of wealthy people in Spain can just pay a fine instead of spending time in jail. Marcos Alonso did it after killing someone while drink-driving, same with a lot of the tax evasion cases that have happened with footballers.

Hopefully that's not the case here and he spends the full sentence in prison.
