The little-known store being hailed as ‘the slightly posher Poundland’ that’s packed FULL of bargain buys

POUNDLAND is the place many of us go when we want cut-price seasonal goods.

But now there’s a new store on the horizon, that’s being hailed as a “slightly posher” version of Poundland, and is packed full of bargain buys.

Clare’s mouth fell open in shock as she stepped into her local One Beyond

Clare took her camera along to her local One Beyond – which used to be called One Below before a rebrand – as she hunted for cheap Easter bits and bobs.

“Do you know what my new favourite shop is?” she said in a video on her TikTok page.

“It’s called One Beyond.

“At Christmas they had so many nice things, so I’m going to pop in and have a look to see what they’ve got for Spring and maybe Easter.”

Heading into the store, Clare’s mouth fell open in surprise as she saw they had an entire aisle dedicated to Easter stuff.

As well as “so much craft”, there were loads of Easter decorations – including light up eggs for £1.25, string lights for £2 and silicone egg moulds which Clare bought to make clay eggs with.

There was also a cute glass jar with a bunny ear lid – much like the Home Bargains one that went viral a few years ago – for just £2.

An Easter bunny egg cup is sure to be a popular buy, especially as it’s just £1 and comes in yellow or purple, and there were also some cute bunny figures for £1.25 each.

Clare also picked up a super cute Easter bunny plate, which she said she couldn’t resist, despite the fact it’s made of plastic.

She also said she should have got a basket, as she made her way to the tills with her arms laden with goodies.

People took to the comments section of the video to weigh in on Clare’s haul, with many admitting they’d never heard of the store before.

“Never heard of it but it looks like a slightly posher Poundland!” one wrote.

To which Clare replied: “It’s very similar – the seasonal stuff is so good!”

“Aww never heard of this shop,” another agreed.

“I will need to see if there is one near me!”

“I loved mine for Christmas bits!” a third commented.

As someone else said: “LOVE One Beyond!”

“Strong rebrand!!” Clare noted.

“All looks fab. All the pastels!” another commented.

“Don’t have one anywhere near me though.”

“The pastels are so pretty, I’ll defo be going back for some bits for the kitchen,” Clare replied.

To see if you have a One Beyond near you, you can visit their website and check their A-Z store directory.
