Suame MP, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu has explained his voluntary resignation as Majority Leader of Parliament. He said the move was to avoid becoming the eye of the storm , amid reported tensions within the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Caucus in Parliament.
