On-duty cop arrested for shoplifting while in uniform: ‘It’s embarrassing for the department’

Columbus Officer Robin Conner, 33, was on duty and in uniform when she allegedly tried to steal a $140 pair of sneakers -- with her colleagues taking her into custody in her own squad car. She's since been charged and fired.
