The population of the Laurentians town of Rivière-Rouge is still on alert to find out if their hospital emergency room will remain open overnight for good. The Quebec Court of Appeal on Friday overturned the Superior Court's judgment and ordered the CISSS des Laurentides to keep the ER open 24/7 until at least March 4.
