Herkimer Police arrest one on drug charges following execution of search warrant

HERKIMER, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Herkimer Police Department executed a search warrant at 507 W Lake Ave for the second time in eight months. During the search, 107 grams of cocaine and 11 grams of methamphetamine were seized.

Police say there were three individuals inside the residence at the time. Two were released without charges. Joshua Dow, 26, was charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Dow was arraigned and remanded to the Herkimer County Correctional Facility. Police say there is a possibility of additional arrests.
