Diplomatic Note: Circulation not from within Wisma Putra

KUALA LUMPUR: Expressing its utmost concern and deep regret following the dissemination of a confidential Diplomatic Note dated Sept 23, 2023, Malaysia’s Foreign Ministry on Friday said an internal investigation revealed that the unauthorised dissemination did not originate from within the ministry.
