Troy Hot Chocolate Stroll winners announced

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Downtown Troy's second annual Hot Chocolate Stroll took place on Friday, February 23 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Participating businesses could serve both regular and boozy hot chocolate.

1. Ryan’s Wake: Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Whipped Cream
2. Eldorado Bar: Drambuie Orange Liqueur
3. Ryan’s Wake: Sea Salted Caramel Pretzel

Downtown Troy Hot Chocolate Stroll Mugs. which got attendees free hot chocolate at all participating locations, sold out prior to the event. The Troy Hot Chocolate Stroll was presented by the Downtown Troy Business Improvement District.
