Zerodha Co-Founder Nithin Kamath suffered a mild stroke after his father's passing. He attributes it to poor sleep, exhaustion, dehydration, and overworking out. Kamath expects a full recovery in 3-6 months. He co-founded Zerodha and is a member of the National Start-up Advisory Council (NASC).
