Shiv Sena will contest 18 seats won in the last Lok Sabha polls. The fate of the four lost seats will be decided by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. The ruling alliance will decide on seat distribution. Emphasis on Maratha community reservation, infrastructure works, Hindutva, coordination, constituencies, model code of conduct, rapid infrastructure development, and the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena.
