Despite suspensions, Heat top Kings on road

Bam Adebayo won a head-to-head duel with Domantas Sabonis, Kevin Love and Haywood Highsmith combined for 34 points off a depleted bench, and the undermanned Miami Heat held off the host Sacramento Kings 121-110 on Monday night.

Playing without star sidekick Jimmy Butler, Adebayo had 28 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists to lead the Heat, who won their fourth in a row.
