US Sees No Sign Russia Preparing to Use Nuclear Weapons - State Dept.

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The United States does not currently have any sign that Russia is planning to use nuclear weapons but will continue to monitor the situation carefully, US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said on Thursday.
