Great Barrington man arrested on rape charges

GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. (NEWS10) -- On Thursday, Mynor Stiven Munoz De Paz, 20, of Great Barrington, was arrested in connection to a reported sexual assault on September 30. According to the Great Barrington Police Department, the victim was a minor.

Munoz De Paz was charged with rape of a child under 16 with force, statutory rape, and indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 years of age. He posted $8,000 bail and is due in court on Monday, March 4.
