NPD: 76-year-old exposed himself to children at Niskayuna Stewart's

NISKAYUNA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A 76-year-old Niskayuna man was arrested and is accused of exposing himself to children at a Niskayuna Stewart's. Timothy Jacobson was arrested on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, around 4:07 p.m., police responded to the Stewart's on Consaul Road for reports of a man exposing himself to children. Police say the man immediately left the scene.

Law enforcement says an investigation led them to Jacobson, who was arrested and arraigned in Niskayuna Town Court on Wednesday.

Charges:

• Endangering the welfare of a child (two counts)
• Public lewdness
