Co-defendant in Menendez corruption case pleads guilty, will cooperate with prosecutors and testify against senator

Jose Uribe, a co-defendant in the corruption investigation of Sen. Bob Menendez of New Jersey, has agreed to plead guilty to seven charges and will cooperate with federal prosecutors.
