Mind Regulation in the 4th Arena

I’ve been thinking and writing a bit on the theme of a coming Fourth Arena, where the First Arena is the world of inanimate matter, the Second is the world of life, and the Third is the world of culture. What’s the Fourth about? I don’t know.

But I’m thinking it has something to do with mind. I figure mind arose in the universe in the Second Arena. Just where in the Second Arena (hereafter A2), I don’t know. I doubt that it makes sense to ascribe minds to bacteria. To insects maybe? Not likely. ...
