P.E.I. school takes time every month to honour students for kindness and hard work

A special celebration takes place every month at Parkdale School in Charlottetown, P.E.I. Students are hailed for their achievements in kindness. And the entire school community gets behind it. CBC P.E.I. was there for this month's excitement.
