NTPC shares jump 4%, hit 52-week high after board nod for Rs 17,195-crore investment in Singrauli project

NTPC shares rose 4% in Monday's early trade after the company's board approved of investments worth Rs 17,195.31 crore in the Singrauli Super Thermal Power Project. The company has delivered near multibagger returns in the last one year at 99%.
