My absolute favourite blush costs £40 – but I found a £2.50 dupe that’s the EXACT same, I can’t tell the difference
SHE’S obsessed with a Pat McGrath blush that works perfectly for her pale skintone, but it sets her back £40 a time.
So Abi was more than thrilled to find a dupe for the blusher, that cost her just £2.50.

“This is my absolute favourite Pat McGrath blush shade in Flirtatious,” she said.
“It is a barely there neutral blush, very, very pale so it doesn’t go overboard.
“I paid £40 for this. I then bought a £2.50 blush and they are exact dupes.”
She used a Real Techniques blusher blush to apply the Pat McGrath one on one side.
“I have got some cream blush underneath but you should still be able to tell that they are very similar,” she said.
“It’s such a beautiful colour. OK, and then I’m gonna add the dupe, and then we’ll compare and see if there’s any difference.”
Once the designer side was done, she cleaned off the brush and used the dupe on the other side.
“Even looking at the brush I really can’t tell the difference!” she marvelled.
“I can’t tell the difference. Can you? I think they are absolutely identical.”
Abi added that both blushers are “just as smooth” as each other, and “apply just as well”.
“Other than the packaging, I can’t really tell the difference,” she grinned.
She then revealed the dupe is a blush from the brand Essence, called The Blush in the shade 90 – Bedazzling.
People were quick to comment on the video, with one asking: “Where is essence now sold?
“As I could only ever find it in Wilko which has gone under.”
To which Abi replied: “Notino or Just My Look”.
“I have the essence one!!!!!!!!” another said.
“It’s my favourite blush.”
“It’s such a good one isn’t it!!” Abi replied.
“Unbelievable!! keep the dupes coming please,” a third wrote.
“I like Essence too! An affordable brand that works well,” someone else added.
As another said: “My CT blush broke the other month and needed a cheap one.
“I picked up the essence one and haven’t looked back since – saves me a ton of money and my blush is still great!”
“The dupe seems to be more pigmented!” someone else pointed out.
“Omg I love Essence blushes! My all time favourites,” another wrote.
