The ANC's "wilful defiance" of a court order to hand over its cadre deployment records is a "particularly acute assault on the integrity of the judiciary", DA MP Leon Schreiber has argued in a court application to have ANC secretary-general Fikile Mbalula found guilty of contempt of court.
