New cocktail bar opens in Hudson
HUDSON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Hereafter, a cocktail bar, has opened its doors in Hudson. The establishment officially opened on February 23.
The Hereafter is owned by Isi Laborde and Jeremy Dubroff. The menu sorts the cocktails into categories including Fun, Classy, Eccentric, and Deep. The drink menu also includes wine, beer and non-alcoholic options.
Cocktails served include the "No Strings Attached" with vodka, Heimat elderflower liqueur, and citrus bitters, and the "Casablanca" with London dry gin, vermouth, walnut liqueur, and orange bitters. The Hereafter also offers a list of spirits to customize your drink.
As for food, The Hereafter serves small plates using local ingredients from the Hudson Valley. Bar snack include marinated olives, bread, a cheese and meat plate. The Hereafter is open Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 p.m. to midnight and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. The cocktail bar is located at 721 Columbia Street.
